If you have the same project in different locations, and multiple IFCs are necessary then to be able to copy the project and make some changes - the IFC GUIDs have to be changed if you do IFC management / BIM Coordination.
The algorithm will change the full IFC GUID number + you can assign the last 3x Letters by project code/location.
